Frequently Asked Questions

 Click on the following link to submit an application. All available townhomes in the Reserve have 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms/2 living areas and an outdoor living area. Please indicate your two roommates where indicated. Once applications are received from each roommate and each roommate's personal guarantor, a lease will be generated for execution. Townhomes are reserved on a first sign the lease basis.

These townhouses are not furnished. We do have furniture and kitchenware leasing programs available.

The drive to Ole Miss from the Reserve is about 6 Minutes. The OUT pick-up/drop-off for the Reserve is right on the corner.    

The Southern is about 8 minutes to campus. It is also on the OUT.

Current leases run from August 1, 2025 - July 20, 2026. If a unit is available, early move-in/move-out is permitted at a rate of $100/per day/per room. If a lease is renewed for the following year, the lease will run through July 31st.    

Well-behaved, non-disruptive, and non-destructive dogs and neutered cats are allowed, subject to execution of the pet agreement and payment of a non-refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent. All pets are subject to management's approval.
