 A curated, move-in-ready furniture setup available through our furniture leasing program is delivered, set up, and ready before you arrive. Everything is professionally installed with no wall damage, so your space and your security deposit stay protected. 

•  Bedroom Basics — $95/month per room, includes a queen bed with mattress, dresser, and nightstand.

• Common Area Essentials — $150/month, includes a sofa, coffee table, end table, dining table with four chairs, one bench, and three bar stools. Upgrade to a sectional for $40/month more.

• Add a 50" wall-mounted TV with swivel to any room for $35 each.

 When your lease ends, we handle move-out too — furniture is removed cleanly with no wall damage, so your walls stay intact and your security deposit stays protected. A refundable deposit equal to one month's furniture rent is required, with monthly payments made conveniently via ACH.
