CURRENT PROJECTS
Phase I: Fully Funded
Our Phase I student housing investment in Oxford, recently named USA Today’s Best Small College Town in America, has successfully closed. Funding was secured for the acquisition of newly constructed, premium off-campus condo townhomes. These residences have been 100% occupied since closing, with leases extending through July 2026, underscoring the high demand for quality student accommodations in this thriving market.
This investment aligns with our strategy of investing in prime locations, capitalizing on the growing demand for student accommodations in Oxford, and providing income-producing and strong market appreciation potential for our investors.
Phase II: Now Accepting Investments
Building upon the success of Phase 1, we are now accepting investments for Phase 2 of our student housing development in at Ole Miss.
We have secured the opportunity to acquire additional high-demand units to accommodate 36 more students starting August 2025, with full occupancy anticipated at closing. This expansion allows investors to benefit from the excitement and rapid growth of Ole Miss and Oxford, offering advantages such as limited liability, passive income potential, and favorable tax treatment.
